ACE
Context: ACE is a form-building system for customers which automatically authenticates them. ACE manages varying levels of complexity depending on the level of information required and the sensitivity of the subject – at times using pre-populated forms for even greater efficiency.
My work: I wrote copy for a multitude of projects, such as campaigns for Sky, Black Friday, and Winter Sales, journeys helping customers switch to a fibre line, and bereavement support forms.

This process originally needed a customer to download a form, fill it in, upload it, and submit it.
We turned this into one online journey, catering for family and friends, solicitors, and executors. I adapted the tone accordingly for each.
