Context: I established an AI Guild to control how the tool is used at Virgin Media.

My work: Using writing prompts to train large language models (LLMs), I tested creating emails on a mass scale. 

Outcome: In 2024, LLMs like ChatGPT weren’t sophisticated enough to handle long-form copy, and erratic pattern recognition made following a chain of prompts unproductive.
